Adobe Output Module not showing up

i having trouble getting adobe output module start.

 

i have installed adobe output module bridge cc 2015 version 6.3 explained on page:

i using os x 10.11.5. adobe output module folder has been placed in system library in folder:

/library/application support/adobe/bridge cc 2015 extensions

the workspace file has been placed in folder:

/library/application support/adobe/bridge cc 2015 extensions/workspaces

when startup bridge cc 2015 (6.3.0.177) there workspace named adobeoutputmodule , preference pane called output. there no application panel

named output @ all. not blank panel, no output panel @ all.

i have tried reset preferences , delete workspace file !!-adobeoutputmodule.workspace user account library there no change. there else troubleshoot or log files check? can't find errors on usual places. module partially working because output preference pane shows up:

please try below solutions , check if helps.

 

solution 1 - reset workspace

in bridge, choose window > workspace > reset workspace.

 

solution 2 - manually reset workspace

 

windows:

close bridge.

in windows explorer, navigate \users\[user name]\appdata\roaming\adobe\bridge cc 2015\workspaces folder.

delete !!-$$$adobeoutputmodule.workspace file.

 

mac os:

close bridge.

in finder, navigate users/[user name]/library/application support/adobe/bridge cc 2015/workspaces folder

delete !!-$$$adobeoutputmodule.workspace file.

solution 3 - verify not using alias

 

mac os:

navigate output module folder /library/application support/adobe/bridge cc 2015 extensions

make sure there no arrow in lower left of icon adobe output module folder

if there arrow, folder alias. folder contents reside in different location , need moved correct folder.
