hi, have made form using acrobat pro. when client views it, there transparent blue boxes on of text fields , check boxes. client doesn't want these. how rid of them?   there no facility clear them using appearance in field appearance boxes.   and if select 'invisible', or 'invisible, doesn't print' under common properties, fields cannot typed into.   what require when recipient opens form, can type fields, or check boxes, without seeing blue highlights.   is possible?   many thanks, help. as far know, it's not problem client's.   tell client go under edit>preferences>forms , go under "highlight color" section , uncheck "show border hover color fields". blue highlights gone. we have experienced problem possibility mark segment of text , layout after latest update of indesign (to cc2017). use mac @ our workplace.   before, possible mark segment of text, several paragraphs @ same time, , stuff text. instance, first line in every paragraph should have indentation of 3 mm. when now, of text disappears , substituted 3.   we find works when put cursor in text, no text marked. when need same thing several paragraphs of text, have manoeuvre once every paragraph.   anyone else has experienced same problem? found solution? we’re crossing our fingers bug fixed because means quite lot of work us… i believe has been discussed , known bug. hello,   i work engineering firm uses autocad.  print cad drawings pdfs lines of different thickness , darkness (light grey black).  have computers running different versions of adobe acrobat software (e.g. 8 professional, 9 pro, 9 standard , standard dc).  when printing same .pdf single printer using different versions of acrobat prints not consistent (e.g. line color varies).  there way different versions of acrobat print same?  perhaps downloading print driver?   thanks brent More discussions in Printing & Prepress adobe

imagine i'm rotoscoping airplane in video of plane flying through sky. , i'm overlaying onto background video of solar system. even though have checked every single frame , made sure alpha boundary around plane, when export, .avi shows quick flashing of frames large portion of blue sky being overlayed too, though i've checked every single frame , sky rotoscoped out.   has had problem before? perhaps encoder problem?   thank you! did use roto brush rotoscoping? if so, did freeze roto brush when done tweaking it?   if did freeze or if didn't use roto brush, need the standard set of information . i own macbook pro running el capitan.  have lightroom 4 , 5 plus photoshop cs6 installed.  want upgrade photoshop & lightroom cc.  need uninstall previous versions before downloading cc?  if not, there advantage keeping older versions (especially cs6)?  thank helping. you not need uninstall previous versions.   some people keep older versions in case cc subscription lapses or because there legacy features or interface prefer in previous version. i turn on histogram when required.  not setup default startup. when working dng raw files in development, areas show deep blue or red bright or dark areas are.  once histogram started image below.  when exported jpg these don't show up.  doing wrong? hit j key.  have clipping indicators turned on. i trying print out design elements requires pure cyan lines/elements epson wf-7520 printer. however, though image element colors set 100% cyan (and file in cmyk) lines printing mixture of cyan, magenta, , black inks. frustrating because printer has separate cyan cartridge. though presume model printer more "business" class , considered rgb printer, using separate cmyk inks in hardware approximate rgb color model. hardware doesn't seem problem. seems problem in software.   all want print-out pure ink cyan cartridge. theoretically, seems attainable, yet have had difficult time finding way accomplish this.   i aware using different printer might remove difficulty entirely, unfortunately need solution work on printer.    i saw online suggestion save psd pdf , print through acrobat pro in order use it's native proofing , color separation features. not acrobat expert however, after saving pdf , opening in acrobat haven't found way accomplish goal settings available.  ...

i working resolve bad idea , that's filing date folder structure in lightroom cc.   i have folder original images , subfolder folder of edited jpg images. in case, africa folder , jpg exports subfolder.   i have created in collections, collection set called travel. want collection showing africa , want sub collection of africa called jpg exports. what's process this? know can drag africa travel collection set , africa photos there, how can jpg export subfolder of africa, collection well. just select of images , click on 1 of them , drag on collection name. if want them in sub collection under africa use plus sign in collections title area , select create collection. dialog box.     from there can type in name, place new collection inside collection set , few other options. you should using keywords. i rebuilt e machine new copy of vista, because of ransomeware virus. hard drive formatted. customer wants use pandora, ran fine before virus. put 3 browsers on computer, opera, firefox, avast safezone, plus internet explorer on. upgrades vista loading fine. has service pack 2 on it. flash player loads step 2 , sits there forever. never gets step 3, on browser. seems maybe there missing update on vista. don't know. has seen problem flashplayer never gets step 3?  help. hi,   i wanted add shallow depth of field , did following:   open pic > option + cmd + r (select , mask) > w (quick selection tool) > b (brush tool, finish off) > output to: new layer layer mask (did not check decontaminate colors) > add mask selection > shift + cmd + > select original pic next mask > filter > blur gallery > tilt-shift > crank blur 100 px > no visible result.   oddly enough can see blur effect in layer thumbnail not in main picture.   what doing wrong? can screen print have done can take look? i have been using after effects cs5.5 personal projects few years , started trial of after effects cc evaluate professional use. have imported project created in cs5.5 compare cc. preview rendering performance seems bit better, final rendering performance media encoder abysmal , unacceptable professional use.   the main project i'm using benchmark 4 minute video many layers, including plenty of nested compositions , psds. after effects cs5.5 can render , encode timeline h.264 mp4 in 15 minutes. doing same cc using media encoder cc same settings takes 55 minutes .   in case performance related h.264 codec, tried importing rendered mp4 file , rendering out wmv. took 6 minutes in  cs5.5, , 65 minutes cc / ame ( 65 minutes re-encode single layer video no effects?! )   finally, tried rendering complex 30 seconds of original project compare performance cuda on , off. cs5.5 took 3:51 (that's minutes , seconds) render section h.264. cc/ame took 8:20 render mercury cuda turn...

hi all,   i'm using animate. title suggests, i'd know if it's possible employ action script "test movie" (for example) scenes 4 , 5 only, while excluding other scenes (i.e. scenes 1-3 , scenes 6-8).   also, when test movie, "rewind" command works (though takes me way beginning of scene) fast forward not work.  "enter" works starting , stopping movie.  rewind option meant take movie way start?  or meant scroll through scenes @ speed?   thanks. you can test particular scenes using control>test scene (ctl-alt-enter).   and there's more specialized stuff can that's not built-in. hi,   i'm trying install photoshop on travelling computer requires older version. i've found 1 have installed, don't have serial number trying activate through adobe id. should able have on 2 computers. when trying log in through register product, can enter id , password, says   you couldn't start subsription on adobe cs live. try again later.   i've added time troubleshooting this. there nothing wrong clock or internet connection. i don't understand why adobe doesn't have easier way me paying customer solve problem manually, instead of sending round , round in world of trouble shooting..   please me this.   does know do?   kind regards,   fredrik you need serial number.  cs5.1 doesn't activate adobe id.
