Could not enable Sync
last wed got error after opening cc desktop:
could not enable sync. creative cloud need rename folder "creative cloud files" enable syncing. please close open documents or restart machine , try again.
i had not documents open. restarted pc no avail. didn't need synced @ time let go. thursday , friday fine. today getting error again. have been having lot of issues cc desktop signing out every time shut off pc. have uninstall app, delete recommended files , re-install. works fine after that, except can't sync files, , off course, today need sync of work did on weekend.
online search no help.
windows 10, dell xps 8900, 16mb ram.
