Request payment not working!

hi!

the text says have have earned @ least 50€ request payment.

now have 50.39€ earned , wanted try request payment "payout" button gray , nothing happens when click it.
and didn't find place insert skrill or paypal account information.

i have filled tax information , status "validated".
