Error using Adobe sign


this happens on of computers , on both desktop acrobat dc app , web based app. have uninstalled , reinstalled app twice. not billing issue. have contacted adobe support everyday past 4 days , problem has yet solved. have idea of can try?

in meanwhile, please try using service in web browser , see if works.
