Photoshop CC 2017 can not open ANY files (psd, jpg, png, anything)

i updated photoshop cc 2017 2 days ago, , since updated version, no files open. can press file>open or double-click on home screen or use external file browser, using open or dragging file photoshop, still, nothing happens. no error messages show; photoshop nothing.

opening files photoshop for. please, god please, give me solution fix this, or let developers know, because ridiculous.

i've tried reinstalling photoshop, disabling or re-enabling graphics hardware, removing or re-placing sniffer.exe, , using creative butt cleaner tool. none fixed problem, however. what's going on, , how can fixed?

if let cc 2017 installed remove working photoshop version did try installing prior version of photoshop?  if working version of photoshop removed. install prior version of photoshop using creative cloud desktop application. work on wrong cc 2017 install.  imo adobe should not decide when remove old working version of photoshop.  adobe should let choose when remove old version of adobe products.

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
