Is there a way to create an e-Learning module just using Rh 11 Application Help (Online Help - CHM)?

inquiry: creating e-learning module using rh application (chm file - installed locally) ssl , using rh 11 , no dependencies (i.e. rather importing swf  file created bycaptivate 7 files, , published external url). yes old school thinking perhaps, looking alternatives.

 

history: using rh 11 (technical communication suite). we’ve developed captivate video tutorials integrate our rh video tutorial project, , published url. these videos accessible via url web browser.

 

my question:  there way create slide presentation using rh alone (with no external dependencies our captivate videos)? 

 

what envision: example, rh have powerpoint functionality or slide deck mechanism can use. result, user on screen (e.g. 1 of our apps), wanted know more (“how to…,”) , accesses online (pressing f1 key). within topic page, there e-learning hyperlink, when clicked, jumps user tutorial allow user walk-through (e.g. clicking <next> button advanced next slide/screen) , action done using our existing online browser (e.g. f1 content sensitive - chm file).

robohelp doesn't have built facilitate this. that's not couldn't done if desired. example, able insert meta refresh tag head area of topics cause them load different topic after set period of time. construct "self running slide show" creating multiple topics each present image in succession.

 

but if have captivate available, i'm not sure why wouldn't using captivate. publish swf captivate add robohelp project.
