CUDA is not enabled when I try to export in Premiere Pro CC 2017

i updated 2017 cc version of premiere pro , every time try export file uses mercury playback engine software.  tried adjusting in project manager under video rendering , playback option greyed out.

 

this has vastly slowed down rendering files have previosuly rendered in 20 30 minutes takes on hour.

 

the cuda_supported_card.txt option not seem work in newer versions.

nobody can tell without proper system info or other technical details. without clue graphics hardware , drivers nobody can tell why may not work.
