Publish Online

so decided i'd give publish online try (having been workshop on various digital publishing options available) , disappointed find doesn't work on system.  after click publish online, goes through upload process , shows me screen button says "view document" , url "copy" button next it.  view document link not work, , copy link doesn't work.  tried manually typing link, doesn't work either (possibly because window may have cut off of link couldn't read type of it).

 

any idea why wouldn't work on system?  i'm using indesign cc 2015.  got new computer running windows 10.  i've never tried publish online before, don't know it.

okay, got answer elsewhere on this.  if else runs issue:  after click out of "view document" box, go under "files > published" , can open published-online file there (it opens in browser can copy url).  no idea why main dialog box doesn't work, workaround works fine.  thanks, phyllis
