Photoshop CS6 (Mac) crashes every time I try to save for web a GIF

so run photoshop cs6 on macbook, , i've started using it. use make gifs, when i'm done gif, try save web. goes until click "save" button--then application force closes, brings report screen, , asks me feedback (it tells me there's solution in blue text can never click on it--it never sends me anywhere). i've tried reininstalling cs6 nothing working. have solution?

try this:

 

copy following path clipboard:

~/library/preferences/

 

in finder, press shift+cmd+g go folder dialog paste copied path , click ok.

 

locate following file , delete it:

adobe save web 13.0 prefs
