MXF-Import-Error while open a Projekt build in Avid

hallo

 

i startet premiere project version 2015 @ mac pro. --- basis of project in avid.
it got exported premiere me , worked long time in premiere on project.

 

now had change computer.

i'm working on new pc , startet project cc 2017 version

 

and there got error mxf-files @ reconection.

the shots taken sony cam.

and @ adobe support chat adobe-worker said, work on project version of 2015 build it,

 

but still same error.

when open @ mac ok, can not continue work on it, because new co-worker gots mac.

 

so problem of divers mxf? or premiere @ windows?

or regarding avid?
do need download special codec?

 

i renamed folder before reconcetion, loaded avid codecs 2.3.7 , tried in pp 2015 (where worked @ before)
and not pp 2017.

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...

After Effects cc 2015 can’t continue: unexpected failure during application startup after installing OS El Capitan

hi guys   i had update os magic keyboard 2 work reason error after effects. all other cc 2015 programs still work fine.   error "after effects cc 2015 can’t continue: unexpected failure during application startup".   what easiest way fix it? have urgent deadlines need sorted.   thanks lot if upgraded mac os, it's have permissions problems. find library folder , adobe folder in there. set folder , of contained folders read/write. alternatively, rename adobeold or something. happen ae recreate folder proper permissions when launch ae again.   if that's not issue (and if is) should consider installing cc 2015.3 release or cc 2017 release of after effects , see how work you. has been improved initial cc 2015 release.
