How to Send and Sign or fill and sign on iPad?

how use send , sign or fill , sign on ipad send customer , have them sign document filled in them during home inspection.  able sign document write without having send, understand may not possible.  if not possible, how prepare , send form signature customer ipad?

you can not prepare form in adobe acrobat reader or fill & sign mobile application , send them signature.

however can upload form on these application , share them others sending them through mail or other options available.

you can try adobe sign mobile application purpose. there need first upload formand can add fields filled in form.
