前にも質問をしましたが「現像モジュールが無効」のままとなっています。 現在、lightroom6.0の製品版(ソフト)を購入し使用。１か月前から「体験版終了まであと○○日」と表示されるようになり、先日「体験版の有効期限が終了」と出て、起動時に「一部の 機能は使用できません。ライセンス認証を行ってください」といったメッセージが表示されるようになりました。 同じような症状の方がいらしたため、手順通りにバージョンアップ等を行い、サインアウトからサインインするまでに、「ライセンスの認証」があったのでクリック。コード欄に、製品版を購入した際 に記載されていたコードを入力しましたが認証されませんでした。 この場合、light roomをアンインストールし、再度ディスクを読み込ませるしかないのでしょうか？ またアンインストールした際、light room内の画像はすべて初期化や削除等影響はありますか？   製品版を購入したにもかかわらずナゼ体験版になったのか、なぜコードが認証されないのか全く分かりません、、、 本当に困っています。どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。 下記にて返信しております。 体験版ではないのに「現像モジュールが無効」の表記   重複投稿は推奨されませんので、ご注意ください。 LIGHTROOM CLASSIC CC (Japan) でのその他のディスカッション adobe

photoshop has begun malfunctioning when click print.  send part of command quit unexpectedly.  message appear in bridge quit unexpectedly.  today began working fine , printed 3 prints.  began shutting down after sending part of command.  printer show command "incoming".  clicking print shuts photoshop off immediately.  noted photoshop not recognize photo worked on prior printing.  going on?  how fix it? supply pertinent information quicker answers the more information supply situation, better equipped other community members answer. consider including following in question: adobe product , version number operating system , version number the full text of error message(s) what doing when problem occurred screenshots of problem computer hardware, such cpu; gpu; amount of ram; etc. More discussions in Photoshop adobe

i beyond frustrated.  saving five-page document.  flatten , secure , size 1.9 mb.  save , size jumps 319mb.  have done same steps before other similar-sized documents , works , doesn't.  i'm on phone remote support on hour , cannot explain why this.  again, it's 5 pages ( powerpoint turned pdf).  i've tried every way sunday , want cancel subscription.  i've worked on document 3 hours flatten , secure , nothing changes no matter how many times steps or variations make.  tried chat function.  alli have frustration , 3 hours wish had back, not mention money.  please help. let's see can understand going on. hello running indesign cc 2017 on mac (mine late-2012 macbook pro 13", , running os x 10.10.5 yosemite, if makes difference) -- today downloaded id cc 2017 and, while working on files, blank speech or info bubble appeared, pointing adobe stock search box, , cannot make go away. appeared in photoshop cc 2017 today. in advance info , assistance. peace. in such cases should delete preferences of affected programs.  it found there: /users/<username>/library/preferences/adobe indesign/… this library invisible default, in finder find access via go menu holding alt key. similiar photoshop , other applications.
