Unable to combine files

file has not been processed errors in combining files

i doing fine combining files started getting error messages , nothing combine.  keep getting error messages error has occurred stopped processing of pdf.  did not change or different.  stopped working after 12 conversions.

try follow below mention steps , see if resolves issue:

1- logout, login again, , try combine files.

2- if doesn't work, try use web browser google chrome/internet explorer

3- clear web browser's cache, temp files.

 

have tried combining other files?
