Should I use different Sharpen filters for same photo?

don't me wrong, have many years experience using adobe photoshop.

but what's 1 more question, safe.

 

i doing photo restoration in adobe photoshop cc 2017. it's blurry. of guys use more 1 sharpen filter on 1 photo?

frankly, use whatever works me.  styles , layers flattened when file exported jpeg or png format.  there no right or wrong answers in photoshop.  it's different ways of doing things.  try different things time.
