Invalid Serial Number
i purchased elements 15 , downloaded mac version. serial number provided adobe says elements 15 (windows, english). when enter serial number provided, error serial number not valid adobe photoshop elements 15. appreciated.
are copying , pasting email received or manually entering numbers? manual insertion not way them right because 24 digits , numbers confused.

explain them has happened , sort out.
