Can not export audio on Premiere Pro

hello:

 

i've been having dreaded "error compiling movie, unknown error" when exporting video.  trick of starting new project worked while, not working.  through trial , error, realize problem audio on file (if click off "export audio"), video goes through no problem. 

 

when export via media encoder, goes through totally fine.  when export via premiere pro, still error compiling movie, unknown error.  since have pinpointed, hoping can tell me might able rectify.  want have export options available me.  much!

exactly inside video editing?

report codec details of file, use programs below... screen shot works show people doing - windows internet explorer press print screen button on keyboard, , ctrl-v paste screen print clipboard forum message

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
