Why do I feel like I was scammed in using the "free" products with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC?
last december called in sales team asking them solution work me. needed in-person signatures (via tablet) , needed edit pdf files. sales rep @ time recommended adobe acrobat pro dc came adobe echosign , allow me need in-person signing free of charge. fast forward last week, account executive called me telling me have exceeded adobe sign transcation limit (which 300/year apparently) , either a) upgrade new plan or b) pay overage fee ($3.50/transaction). kindly explained never once did sales rep tell me limitations had known never have exceeded amount. ofcourse account exec. ignored claim , again gave me options listed above. asked why adobe waited long contact me , why there not limitations/warnings/notifications telling me exceeding allotted transactions told "re-read terms of usage , agreement". have looked through whole account looking explanation/description of account entails, type of adobe sign account have, , limitations cannot find details such. if account site purposely created confuse people can't find information need.
so, 1) find information, 2) why aren't there notifications telling you exceeding allotted transactions 3) why did adobe wait long notify me? (its if waiting me ensare myself deeper in trap before coming in kill )
am person has experienced this??
