Objects moving position when changing the size of web browser

hi everyone,

i'm new in adobe muse , i'm looking fix issue.

 

i want some little png appears in front of main name this:

 

when i'm previewing website in fullscreen there's no problem:

this happen when change web browser dimension window:

 

please me find solution that.

puh, problem multiple causes:

• every browser has own text engine – means, font size, font flow, spacings different browser browser. muse unfortunately can’t change this. example causes letters appearing on different positions (preview, browser a, browser b,…), never can sure, if pngs placed correctly.
• responsive text boxes , images scale in different ways: text boxes scale horizontally , grow vertically give room flowing text (which isn’t modified in size); images scale proportionally when browser window resized, keep aspect ratio. so, if try resize text boxes , images in way want, inevitably diverge, when browser window resized.

here, on top of example page, have placed elements in form of text in way, looks fine in safari , chrome. doesn’t 100% precise in muse’s preview, because of problems told above, and, moreover, may differ in other browsers.

 

at bottom of page, used svg graphics instead of text elements, should work across (nearly) browsers.

note: working quite well, because element set non responsive in order avoid different scaling behaviours because of different element types (text, image) or different aspect ratios.

(i think, 1 may work if elements responsive, require quite complicated set of transparent supporting placeholder frames.)
