Lightroom 6 Blurb Book - Layout suddenly changed

ok, i'm complete on blurb book created in book module.  i've used book module before other books no issues.  i'm complete on new project it's own unique layout , text.  noticed current book project appears have copied layout , text older project - not intent.  i'm not aware of copying project current one.   needless say, major bummer fear i've lost countless hours of work.

 

the photos intended collection still showing in collection @ bottom of book module, no longer placed in book layout had been (before layout changed on me).  there fix this?  there way "step back" in history of book (clicking "undo" doesn't seem trick).  last recourse restoring time machine yesterday don't want lose today's work.

 

help appreciated.

if created saved book collection, new layout should still available.
