Adobe Flash installation fails MSI deployment

dear support team,

 

i trying deploy flash player 23.0.0.207 msi using gpo.  deployment seems working fine in installed program list can find both adobe flash player 23 activex & npapi.  however, when verify if installation went on "adobe - flash player " seems there no flash version installed.  have grey box displayed.

 

if manually try install it, prompted "you must have administrative privileges install flash player 23.  please log on administrative privileges , try again". should able install since i'm connected using domain admin account.

 

the way make work launching command prompt admin , launch msiexec /i of flash player msi package...

 

this isn't have lot of machine deploy package to.

 

do have advice me ?

i'd more information you.  please provide following:

 

  1. screenshot of "you must have administrative privileges install flash player 23". (how attach screenshot?)
  2. which browsers being used determine if flash player installed correctly, when installed via gpo?
    1. when flash player installed via gpo , browser doesn't detect flash installed, flash player entries display in control panel > programs , features?
  3. what user account being used run installer via gpo?
  4. verbose msi log using verbose , additional debugging options (logging options v , x (see command-line options (windows) )
  5. flash player installation log file(s):
    • 32-bit os: c:\windows\system32\macromed\flash\flashinstall.log
    • 64-bit os: c:\windows\system32\macromed\flash\flashinstall.log , c:\windows\syswow64\macromed\flash\flashinstall.log (both files needed if os 64-bit).

 

note verbose+additional debugging msi log file , flashiinstall.log files must same machine , same installation attempt, not different installation attempts.

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
