Adobe Acrobat DC reverted to trial version

greetings!

 

my adobe acrobat dc has reverted trial version 32767 days remaining.  came preinstalled on dell laptop windows 10 64bit.

when enter license number reverts 30 days remaining.  next time comes error messages delete  copies 1 or more computers.  have select trial work.  adobe tech support worked on 4 hours tonight.  removed , reloaded software same result.

same issue happened last month.  tech support insists loaded on more 1 computer.  not , never has been.  cure?

if it's dell, it's loaded on more 1 computer.

 

but dell should have enterprise license allows installation on many computers, , reloaded software must come dell, drivers & downloads | dell us

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
