Output options on premiere elements 15 to blueray disk

i using premiere elements 14. when output 1080 p 60fps video blue ray disk,  option interlaced @ 29.97 fps. if upgrade version 15 can burn 60 fps @ 1080 p? quick response.

you can check on knowledge, i'm pretty sure blu-ray specifications won't go 60p @ 1920x1080.   no software blu-ray not support.

 

an alternative output mp4 @ specs , copy file optical disk.  many blu-ray players have ability read , play mp4 file.  many have usb ports , have sd card slots. 

 

a lot of tvs play video thumb drives in usb port too. 

 

how big video , players have?

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
