Illustrator Issues on MacOS Sierra- App Gets Stuck, No Warnings

every time try save new projects, or open existing projects, illustrator freezes. spinning beach ball icon appears , not go away, , app unresponsive - have force quit app.

 

the strange thing though app freezes, when i'm attempting save project, save file still created on hard drive. when try open files, though, illustrator still freezes. every time. there no error codes can find, app freezes indefinitely.

 

i updated macos sierra, illustrator running fine until few days ago, i'm not sure if issues related sierra or not. have tried uninstalling illustrator, restarting computer, , reinstalling several times. i've run adobe creative cloud cleaner tool. nothing working. else having similar issues or advice?

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
