I Have been charged 3 times but still don't have a membership


earlier year, in april purchased adobe account. purchased apps students , teachers. membership , account got closed down , restricted normal adobe membership 2 weeks ago because card wouldn't go through systems. yesterday tried buy again , got error message saying have enter information again. did, gave me same error message , charged 2 times card. tried again morning different card, , got charged again. still don't have access applications , says i'm still free member, have paid 3 different times. do? need account projects , assignments!
