Shortcut for header/footer

hello,

i using adobe acrobat pro dc @ moment , have problem find shortcut opens form editing header , footer.

 

in job working adobe acrobat standard 8 , use alt+u+u+h open form.

 

isn't possible longer or there possibility (or different) shortcut back?

 

 

i asking, because have got excel macros using shortcuts fill headers , footers automatically.
