rdrcef.exe error when opening pdf document

whenever open document message box pops message "rdrcef.exe. application error 0xc0000022. click ok close application".  still able read documents.  when click ok message box goes away document remains open.

try follow below mention steps , see if resolves issue:

1- check updates, launch reader>navigate menu>select check updates

2- if doesn't work, try launch reader administrator.

   locate reader's shortcut on desktop>right click>select run administrator

3- if step 2 doesn't work, run reader in compatibility mode.

   close reader, locate reader's shortcut>right click>properties>compatibility tab>compatibility mode>check box run program in compatibility mode , switch between operating system options available>apply

 

could please confirm version of reader , operating system installed on machine?
