PC Build for 4K video

i searched forum didn't see recent post question, thought i'd start one. getting ready build new computers our editing suite. 4k video being here, i'm wonder on elements i'll need build machine adobe premiere pro , after effects can handle multiple cameras of 4k video without lag , renders quickly. spend majority of our editing time computer related delays. i'd circumvent advice?

1. i7 broadwell e cpu.....at least 6850k 6 core @ $589 , $1578 10 core monster....on x99 motherboard

 

2.  nvidia 1080ti gpu.....expected out soon, near titan x in performanc less....around 8 9 hundred.

 

3. 64 gb system memory.....at least 32...no less

 

4. 1 samsung 256 gb or 512 gb, 850 pro sata iii ssd " boot drive" os, programs, , windows page file on it.

 

5. 1 samsung 960 pro nvme pci ssd " project drive" hold hold files except on boot drive. drive available in 1 , 2 terabyte versions......unsurpassed in speed......over 3 gb/sec read, 2.5 gb / sec. write.

 

6. choice of either ssds, or, large "enterprise level" 7200 rpm hdds archiving , backing up.....not used during editing.

 

7. quality , plenty sufficient power supply

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
