Packager failing during build: Invalid download file, please try create package again

hello,

 

i'm attempting build package adobe suite , keep running issues across multiple computers. across devices, begin building package (file bar starts loading) , bounces applications & updates page can choose programs include in package. lately it's been photoshop yellow triangle exclaimation mark in it. hovering on symbol, message, "invalid download file, please try create package again." if keep hitting "build" enough times, goes through (200 pushes , 4 hours later...); however, have machines i've been repeating process on days.

 

i've tryied clearing download cache, restarting creative cloud packager, , rebooting; however, nothing seems work consistency. please advise!

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
