Update failing error code 1603
i have windows 10 64-bit machine. have adobe acrobat pro 11 on it. trying upgrade version adobe acrobat xi pro (11.0.17); however, update keeps failing. error code receiving (error code:1603). have tried closing ms office products, rebooting, & using administrator privileges. has had issue? or know can resolve this?
update downloading files directly , applying them: http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/
p.s. may need update sequentially current latest.
