Quiz not reporting correctly

i appreciate in advance advice.

 

background:

i using captivate 8 create scorm 2004 v4 tracked course.

 

in course, if user answers question incorrectly (twice), course branches recap of topic they're being quizzed on.  if user answers question correctly, move forward in course.

 

in recap branch, continue ask questions of user. however, don't want questions included in quiz reporting, not required answer questions.  have de-selected "report answers" each question

 

i have de-selected "reporting / report answers" each of these recap branch questions.

 

# of questions in correct-only branch:  4

# of questions including recap branch:  9

 

issue:

when previewing course in captivate, answer correctly (4 questions only).  lms records score of 98%

when testing course in lms(successfactors), answer correctly.  lms records score of 24%.

 

the math doesn't add up.  yet wonder if i'm selecting wrong box keep recap questions out of quiz, @ least in lms' eyes.

can check advanced interaction panel (f9) see scored objects , question slides?

 

also: can insert quizzing system variables (like cpinfopercentage, cpinfopointsscored) in text container on first slide, , display rest of project tracking reasons? maybe add cpinquizscope well?

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
