Photoshop Elements 14 Locks up Continually

i ready throw mouse through wall.  photoshop elements 14 locks continually!!!  cannot exit program. have force quit in task manager.  never had problem 10.   casual user , maddening.  today deleted program , reinstalled.  same issue.  accept "place" on illustration.  when got add horizontal text...bam!  locks tight. have gone online , found number of convoluted bs programming fixes people have made up, purchased name brand premium product , crap!!!  go home page technical support , adobe (which means mud brick) not offer live support product!  wtf!!  purchased product windows 10 64 bit , worked couple of months , goes dumper. 

 

then go on highly touted forum (touted mud brick) , find number of folks same problems , surprisingly none of them have been answered.  appears mud brick staff ever answer question.  rip off.   if mud brick , monitoring this, want money back.

please write question , provide info possible if want volunteers here.  there nothing in post problem pse14. 

 

also tell did buy pse14 from?

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...

After Effects cc 2015 can’t continue: unexpected failure during application startup after installing OS El Capitan

hi guys   i had update os magic keyboard 2 work reason error after effects. all other cc 2015 programs still work fine.   error "after effects cc 2015 can’t continue: unexpected failure during application startup".   what easiest way fix it? have urgent deadlines need sorted.   thanks lot if upgraded mac os, it's have permissions problems. find library folder , adobe folder in there. set folder , of contained folders read/write. alternatively, rename adobeold or something. happen ae recreate folder proper permissions when launch ae again.   if that's not issue (and if is) should consider installing cc 2015.3 release or cc 2017 release of after effects , see how work you. has been improved initial cc 2015 release.
