Why is the 'Expand Art' under 'Line and Sketch Art'in Illustrator greyed out?

can tell me why "expand art" in "line , sketch art" in illustrator greyed out.

im exporting simple file illustrator adobe sketch on ipad pro. watching tutorial 2014 on sketch saw when opened in ai .sket file , mine .psd. not sure if has , how export in format there doesn't seem options, other export illustrator. im hoping i'm doing wrong , it's still option.

rather attempting open .sket or .psd file, you'll want send sketch project device ai.

 

from mobile device, send directly connected creativecloud illustrator.  (it should automatically open on desktop if you're signed in same cc account). 

 

once sent file opens, expand art should available.

 

make sure versions match (cc mobile , cc desktop apps)

 

should work.

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
