Premiere Pro Only -now- fails to start

i haven't used premiere in atleast 6 months, doesn't start. system hasn't hw changed in time. , use ps , ill reguralry , work fine.

 

symptions: start premiere, splash screen comes up. helper services start,  splash screen loads alot of stuff, splash screen goes away, program no longer running.

 

add-remove programs has uninstall option.. no repair.

 

i done fresh reboot. looked in logs , system event's , cannot find problem.

 

i've tried ctrl-alt-shift start no success.

 

 

i did not remove , attempt new install because uninstaller says must de-activate within program doesn't start , i'm not sure media @ moment.

 

 

product: adobe creative suite 4 production premium

os: windows xp sp2 32-bit

 

 

update: been on hour, on weekday during reg bus hours, , not "your issuse handled in order received. frustrating software cost more used car.

back problem, there chance before start of november last used premiere successfully? @ time premiere stopped working me, , same you've described. ae , ame not work, both of @ least showed error dialog. premiere 1 failed silently.

 

now, i'm on mac , although symptoms identical issue may not same you. in case premiere team did fix problem, , update got me working again.

 

so, sure you're date? date using creative cloud desktop application. there may other things corrupt uninstall before doing new install cc application. uninstaller show option removing preferences, worth doing too, in case have problems.
