PDF text appears wrong on my computer but OK on another

i have received pdf file in email , when open file email or after saving hard disk, appears in acrobat reader dc:

 

but if open on computer in our office appears correctly in acrobat reader dc as:

 

 

in office 2 computers show mine , 3 can open file ok. 2 computers have "acrobat x pro" installed , have 'adobe pdf' printer driver. 1 of these computers windows 8.1 , other windows 10.

 

the 3 load file ok, using different versions of acrobat reader , different versions of windows.

 

any in seeing settings may cause display error.
