I am having trouble importing my latest photo shoot. It does not bring the photos into lightromm completely from the camera and does not import them. IS anyone able to assist me? Thank you in advance.

are using card reader or directly connecting camera computer?

mac or windows? version?

which exact number version of lightroom?

 

going step step, starting "i press import button bring import dialog", happens @ each step?

what exact wording of error message, if getting one?
