Acrobat reader DC problems on server 2012 R2
hello,
we're having problems on windows server 2012 r2 server. we're running 3 identical windows 2012 r2 servers remote desktop services enabled , date. acrobat reader dc version we're running is: 15.20.20039.20316. problem started on november 22nd 2016.
the problem follows: whenever user opens random pdf file crashes immediately. users can open pdf file few seconds , crashes. these errors in eventlog:

the things we've done far uninstalling acrobat reader dc , installing again using adobe customization wizard , we've removed plugins from: c:\program files (x86)\adobe\acrobat reader dc\reader\plug_ins check if go away but, did not help.
i have read similar problem occurred because of windows update. debug crash , send error. in
.
