Trouble cancelling Creative Cloud


i have been having difficult time trying cancel account. under impression after talking adobe last year in 12 month plan, , not cancel during time because of cancellation charge. waited until after 12 month period up, find had cancel in few weeks prior end of 12 month otherwise new 12 month contract begins , charged cancellation fee again!  not using it, extremely frustrated @ conditions adobe place cancellation - unaware of until late, , lack customer care chat, had asked contact details of management or head office further discuss , request ignored more once.

 

i  know of others have expressed dismay @ difficulty , poor customer service adobe have respect part of business. has lost faith , future business adobe.  else have similar issue?
