Setting for press ready A/W?

i using cs5.5 , pass4press when creating hires pdf print.

but, not sure how add pass4press indesign cc , put files, runs?

 

i'm using mac

i went on pass4press website , downloaded

 

preset

&

preflight profile

----

 

but don't know put them?

 

 

also, 1 know standard creating press-ready a/w using indesign cc need files flattened, don't want white lines on pdf when open in acrobat or photoshop.

you cannot flatten artwork without stitching.
