Membership period and app usage

hi,

 

i want buy cc app membership plan myself. apps used in desktop pc windows laptop. membership plans indicates annual plan paid monthly, annual plan, prepaid , monthly plan. in faq says annual plan valid 99 days on desktop use. why instead of 12 months?

also in monthly plan says app can used 30 days only. if don't renew each month can't use apps? or it's can't update apps?

if stop paying subscription can no longer use subscription.  month month one, stop paying lose ability use it.  should noted subscriptions renew automatically, if intend end one, need take action make happen, otherwise not end because stopped payment.

 

i disregard bit 99 days pc saw in faq somewhere.
