auto renewed at full price and accidentally clicked cancel
i had been extremely busy @ work week , did not pay attention subscription until saw auto renewal charge on credit card full price happened afternoon dec 2, 2016. not able call customer service until got home. tried calling adobe number billing during business hours before closed , on hold 1.5 hrs till realized no 1 going pick call. went online see if can renew through site , not able to. left chat message.
in panic, clicked on subscription , instead of clicking on manage plan, clicked cancel plan accident. next page has tiny message in yellow states charged cancellation fee of on $200! saw button says "return plan" thinking meant can reverse clicked on , received email saying month credited me. i'm afraid have pay $200+ cancellation fee, , pay $50/mo onto new plan @ full price.
adobe, company offers industry standard in design programs , builds strong community of designers, surprised on every page clear except cancel subscriptions page. businesses, there message ask "are sure want cancel? , remind subscriber of fee" adobe's page had no message, , did not offer chance go or alert you should rethink this. noticed cancellation fee notice in small type in yellow. yellow 1 of hardest colors read on white , adobe frustrating.
first need programs. they're great programs , need them work everyday don't want cancel plan. cannot afford pay cancellation fee , pay yearly plan on top of this. not wealthy, creative cloud investment me, depend on make living , barely make ends meet. there isn't live person can talk till monday. want regular plan without penalty fee , missed opportunity renew @ discount price. can please me?
