Any Recent Problem Accessing Creative Cloud?
i noticed change in lightroom behavior on windows desktop 2 days ago. both lr , ps seem operate normally, lr clicking other app did not work. had either minimize lr or show desktop before access other apps.
this morning, 11-19-2016, problem seems have cleared restart; more serious 1 has replaced it. can no longer access creative cloud. clicking on desktop, taskbar, or start menu creative cloud produces no reaction.
thinking may have missed important update, tried clicking on updates in both lr , ps, got no reaction. usually, adobe indicate whether or not there updates available. i'd check updates on creative cloud, not functioning me. perhaps there's tie-in there.
i haven't made recent downloads of new apps or updates; unsure problem lies. adobe, windows, google chrome, or isp?
is else experiencing problem?

uninstall cc, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
lastly uninstall cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
clean computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
restart computer (don't skip this)
reinstall cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud using compatibility mode (https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb456979.aspx?f=255&mspperror=-2147217396)
use desktop app install cc programs/trials
