Unable to install Flash Player on Windows XP

my flush player not play , says "out of date".  newest versions system requirements shows not working on  less 2.3ghz.  have 2.0ghz machine. please tell me there can computer run flush player again, or screwed here , forced buy new computer? running xp. xp , don't want or need change. (except maybe able use flush player)

it not adobe's fault web sites changing sites require later version of flash player (not flush)

 

if can't install newer flash player on old computer, won't able play newer content
