stop the adobe dc popup

i purchased acrobat pro 11 , everytime use annoying popup purchase dc--how disable this?

the no further support acrobat product except dc , not help--truly shtty service

yes, have support acrobat xi, support options online chat & forums.

please screenshot(entire screen )of pop get during launch of acrobat xi, there must dialogue box disable it.

for further assistance can refer to-

you directed "need help? start here support"
select product- adobe acrobat
please sure "signed in" on page adobe i.d , password
select "tell need with..."
then click on "still need contact us"> choose chat (you directed online live chat)
