scss compiler not working well

i have been using dreamweaver cc 2017 few weeks now. pleased see scss compilation built in.

 

originally scss seemed compiling correctly every time saved file, on last few days not working well.

 

if edit partial , save it, no compilation happens. compiles if save top level scss file, if have been editing partials.

 

so have edit partial, save that, , go main scss file , save well, though haven't made changes it.

 

i did not have problem compass or scout. when doing lot of work on scss partials gets irritating , quite slow down, may need go using scout (releases · scout-app/scout-app · github)  if can't fix this.

 

has else had problem? maybe have set wrong? have not altered preferences or anything, dw still @ original default settings.

 

if can't work, possible disable dw compiling , go scout?
