i struggling getting correct code information form. building site within dreamweaver mx calculate numbers.

i using textfields kaoweaver plug in.... need insert code?

number spaces - (can choose 1-15)	textbox5
total amount	textbox7
amount paid 1st	textbox 10 - formula needed -- if textbox5 equal 1 textbox 10 shall equal 100% of text box 7, if text box 5 equal 2 text box 10 shall equal 60% of text box 7
amount paid 2nd	ttextbox 11 - formula needed-- if textbox 5 equal 1 text box 11 shall equal 0, if textbox5 equal 2 textbox 11 shall equal 40% of textbox7
