Gifs disappear halfway through playing in a gifset?

hi,

so i'm pretty new photoshop , decided make gifset out of already-made gifs(i downloaded gifs internet). went onto youtube , followed directions on how make gifset on photoshop. followed directions, , when finished, looked perfect. when started animation see final product, half gifs disappeared, playing, , ones playing @ start disappeared , ones didn't appear @ start appeared. when previewed in "save web , devices," same problem, except gifs stopped while, , disappeared. i'm not sure problem is; want gifs play continuously, not disappear , appear again, if know mean. because gifs have more frames others? because have 1 gif 102 frames or that, , other gifs 45 frames, 80 frames, , 20 frames. if that's problem , please tell me how fix that?

animated gifs lot of fun, sure can trip when first start them.   check frame timings.  set zero?  can select frames same layers.  click on first frame, , shift click last, change times in 1 operation.

then click on each frame 1 @ time, , see if have 1 layer turned on frame.  biggest gotcha photoshop frame animations imo.  make edit, or nudge something, , discover had wrong frame selected.  problem that frame remembers nudge, none of other frames do.  rule of thumb have frames selected when editing background.

 

if plays ok on timeline, should either work or not work when exported.  shouldn't start go crazy after export.

 

note:  if working on existing animation, can corrupted, time saw here, showing same corruption in photoshop timetime.

 

the banner in screen shot when had go @ designing forum's banner in this thread   that particular 1 in post #35 , can right clicked , saved, , loaded photoshop.  let know to, , shout if need help.
