Control by pen pressure requires the use of a pressure sensitive tablet

this warning continually when using tablet in photoshop-- sensitivity shuts off , triangle exclamation point shows next opacity , flow jitter in brush menu. i using wacom intuos in photoshop cc on dell windows 8.1 64 bit laptop. set has worked me entire month since got tablet , photoshop, , recently, without knowing reason why (no major updates or downloads or that) pen pressure sensitivity randomly turns on , off. included video prove point. when drawing turn off , give me solid dark line, , stay off 30 seconds, turn on 3 seconds, , go off again. tried changing pen nib, have latest driver tablet, , messed around checking , unchecking , rechecking windows ink option in wacom properties panel. if 1 can me i'd appreciate because love working setup i'm not going keep paying photoshop if can't work properly.

perhaps should post version of wacom driver , how tablets connected machine.  when see warning triangles in brush panel setting.  indicate photoshop not see have pen.  tablet intermittently stops communication windows , photoshop @ times.
