Update AE CC 2017 failed

hi,

i´m using mac os sierra (10.12.1) , updating ae cc 2015 ae cc 2017. download worked, after downloading part procedure failed message, in library had check permissions.

so thought update went wrong , wanted uninstall ae cc 2017 uninstall routine in creative cloud.

the uninstall procedure went wrong (stopped) after minutes message:

now can wether uninstall install, because in creative cloud looks:

what can do

1.) uninstall ae update

2.) install ae again , running

harry sorry facing installation errors.  recommend reviewing installation log determine exact cause of error.  can find details on how locate install.log @ creative cloud download , install errors..

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
