Text boxes are not responsive in width or position

i creating restaurant site , adjusting text menu fit in various breakpoints.  have adjusted master breakpoints , page breakpoints have worked through home page , appears ok. problem starts when move menu page.

i start 320 - 370 follows master page settings.  after have set type preferred design scrub next breakpoint , adjust text accordingly if flick previous breakpoint text settings haywire!

 

i have tried changing breakpoint properties fluid fixed , again. have tried pinning center , setting 'none'. whatever try isn't working.  have been on of tutorials , pages without finding solution.

i appreciate bit of client expects see soon.  attach couple of snips.

i not sure why facing issue. however, when modify text, sure click toggle change text settings current breakpoint only? if not select option format text toggle, content modified across breakpoints.

 

you can find formatting text breakpoint toggle in toolbar (last option in bottom).
